Altered Notebook Workshop with Harmony Cook

Join us on Saturday, October 21st for a unique and hands-on experience where participants will craft their very own stylish, sewn notebook using a regular spiral notebook.  In this workshop we will learn about basic tools, materials and techniques involved in making your own notebook and show you how to easily bind pages together using a simple technique.  You'll also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and meet a diverse community of creative minds.

With the skills learned in this workshop, you'll be on your way to personalizing your own notebooks, junk journals, scrapbooks or whatever else inspires you.

All materials will be provided as part of this workshop as well as light snacks and refreshments.  Also receive a coupon for 10% off purchases made in store (valid until 12/31/2023).  

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: HARMONY COOK

Harmony is a proud Air Force veteran and mother of 3 with a passion for teaching and sharing paper craft, altered art and mixed media projects.  She's known for her endlessly artistic, authentic creativity and self-diagnosed art supply addiction.

WORKSHOP POLICIES

We will email you a ticket for admission within 24 hours of purchase.  This ticket, printed or electronic, must be shown to staff prior to the start of the workshop.  

Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations as we have committed to compensating our instructor for their time, supplies and talent. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, let us know within 48 hours and you can either send someone else in your place or have this workshop's materials shipped to you.  Lighthouse Paper Co. reserves the right to cancel this event due to limited attendance or staff shortage, in which a full refund will be promptly provided. 

Dietary Restrictions: As part of this workshop we will provide snacks and refreshments.  While we try to accommodate all attendees, please let us know of any dietary restrictions you have and we will do our best to provide alternatives.
